We accept Paypal. In pre-arranged situation we also allow some customers to book and pay later, however, such bookings will be only valid if paid 48 hours before the trip.
Will will pick you up from your hotel in the Bellevue/Issaquah/Kirkland/Bothell area. After you have booked this trip, when you have information about your hotel location please update us with your hotel address along with booking id and we will confirm the pickup point and give you more information including pickup time. You can reach out to us via Contact Us page.
If you choose to stay in Seattle, please note that we will not be able to provide pickup from your hotel in Seattle. You will have to arrive at a pickup location in Bellevue (Uber to Bellevue from Seattle will be cheap, we will communicate the pickup location to you on your email).

To cancel a booking, reach out to us via Contact Us form before 24hr of your booking and include your booking id. We will issue you a full refund, no questions asked.
You should be fit to walk, get in the van and out of the van, and be able to walk around and climb stairs. Age restrictions are posted on individual trip listing.
